Who says you cannot mix a little shopping with a lot of fun? Our Brookstone Terrace of Greensboro residents were ready for a day out, and they made the most of it with a shopping trip followed by a well-deserved lunch together.
First stop: shopping
The day kicked off at Walmart, where there is always something to discover. Residents took their time browsing the aisles, checking things out, picking up a few things they needed and maybe finding a few things they did not know they needed. Shopping with friends made it even better, with plenty of smiles, laughs and conversation along the way.
Then: lunch with friends
After all that shopping, there was only one thing left to do: eat. The group headed to Raising Cane’s for chicken fingers, fries and that famous sauce, which probably tasted even better after a morning on their feet. Everyone sat down, enjoyed a good meal and spent quality time together.
Outings like this are not just about where we go. They are about getting out, enjoying the community, spending time with friends and making memories along the way.
