MEMORY CARE AT BROOKSTONE TERRACE OF WOODRUFF
Our Memory Care Program is designed to enhance the lives of older adults with memory impairment by designing the physical environment, the structured dementia-specific activities program, and the personal care to best suit their individual needs.
By presenting residents with the opportunity to succeed within a framework of care and activities, Brookstone Terrace of Woodruff’s Special Care Program promotes positive self-esteem for all residents and therefore helps to reduce behaviors that can result from negative emotions and inappropriate stimulation levels.
Specially trained staff members will work closely with the resident’s physician(s), family, community members, friends, and support systems to provide a safe, secure, nurturing environment that will welcome family interaction and enhance the residents’ lives.
