The staff is very respectful of family members who have questions. I am truly amazed at the difference in facilities in this area and Brookstone shines out above the rest. A remarkable facility.

We chose Brookstone memory care because it was clean and well maintained, had resident activities, visible to staff at all times, had 4 CNTs on duty 24 hours a day with a day nurse and an assigned doctor, and we could enter 24/7 through a password protected door, so visits were never expected.

Our Dad has been in the memory care unit for almost two years. Everyone is so kind. They do a wonderful job of caring for him and the other residents. They are always doing fun activities and the food is delicious! It gives such peace of mind.

I have nothing but good things to say about Brookstone Terrace .. Each time I visited my family member..I’m always greated with a hello and a smile ..the residents are clean and neatly dressed..the food as well smells good and it’s served to the residents on time never have I heard them upset about their meals not being on time the building is clean and all the staff are very friendly and helpful I’m really proud of one person by the name of Samantha Hanna she has been with the company for a while..and has worked her way up into management you can tell she love her job and care about her residents..people that don’t work in this field take likely to what’s needed to make sure things are ran smoothly to satisfy everyone..keep doing what you’re doing Ms Hanna and the rest of the staff ..job well done 👏 ✔️ 👍
